Takashige Ichise (一瀬隆重 Ichise Takashige, born in January 18th 1961 in Kōbe), sometimes credited only as Taka Ichise is a Japanese film producer and screenwriter. Ichise produced every installment of both Ju-on and The Grudge film series, created by Takashi Shimizu. Ichise also worked as a producer for the similarly themed Ringu films and Dark Water, and also for Shimizu's American film 7500. Takashige Ichise debuted as a screenwriter for the Ju-on series in 2014 with Ju-on: The Beginning of the End, directed by Masayuki Ochiai.
Ichise's production company Oz was closed in 2012 due to bankrupcy.[1]
